These Terms govern your use of VidQnect AI (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
VidQnect AI provides a digital service that generates personalised AI-powered singing videos using your uploaded photo and selected song. You may optionally add a short voice message. The final video is delivered via secure download link in your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms to use our service. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is true and accurate.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload (photo, voice message). You must own the rights to your photo or have explicit permission from the person depicted. You may not upload:
By uploading content, you grant VidQnect AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it solely to create and deliver your video. We do not claim ownership of your input.
Our service curently offers three prices tiers based on the video lengths:
You will receive a 10-second watermark preview before payment. Full payment is required to unlock and download the final video. All prices are in GBP.
Because our service is a custom digital product, and you have the ability to 'approve' the preview all sales are final and non-refundable once payment is completed.
We store your email, password (hashed), and final video indefinitely. Face images and voice clips are deleted automatically after video creation unless you choose to retain your face image for future orders. We never share your data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All videos generated by VidQnect AI are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use them in commercial projects without written permission.
Our service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee perfection in animation or lip-sync. VidQnect AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
